Crossroads Homemaker Centre
Crossroads Homemaker Centre is a large-format retail destination serving a broad metropolitan catchment. We were engaged by the asset manager and worked closely with centre management to deliver the centre’s end-to-end marketing program, supporting retailer performance, customer engagement and overall site relevance.
Our role spanned strategy, tenant engagement and day-to-day marketing delivery across digital, social and in-centre channels. This included ongoing social media and Meta advertising, centre promotions and activations, and clear retailer communications designed to drive foot traffic and strengthen retailer visibility.
We also conducted a tenant survey to gather insights and provide practical marketing recommendations for centre management and the asset manager. These insights informed campaign planning, activation strategy and content delivery, helping to create a cohesive and effective marketing presence across the centre.
