Valley Metro is an essential-needs shopping centre serving its local catchment. We are engaged by the asset manager and work closely with centre management and retailers to deliver campaigns and activations that drive community engagement and support retailer performance.

Our role spans strategy, activation planning and day-to-day marketing delivery, including retailer engagement, centre promotions and ongoing digital management. Through consistent, community-led activations and clear retailer communication, we support sustained foot traffic, retailer visibility and a cohesive centre marketing presence.

We also redesigned the Valley Metro website to improve usability, clarity and consistency, creating a stronger digital foundation for centre communications. Alongside this, we developed a suite of creative assets and illustrations distinctive to Valley Metro, which are used consistently across campaigns, digital channels and in-centre marketing.

Ongoing content creation ensures the centre maintains a steady, relevant presence across social and digital platforms, supporting both campaign moments and everyday retailer visibility while reinforcing a clear and recognisable centre identity.
