We are engaged to manage Summerhill’s end-to-end marketing program, working closely with the asset manager, centre management and retailers. Our focus is on delivering consistent monthly marketing, centre activations and clear retailer communications that support foot traffic, community engagement and day-to-day retailer performance.
Our role spans strategy, design and ongoing delivery, including campaign planning, creative development and execution across digital and in-centre channels. Through regular activations and consistent content, we support retailer visibility and maintain a cohesive, practical marketing presence that reflects the centre’s role within its local catchment.
Alongside delivery, we provide structured planning, performance reporting and ongoing guidance to ensure marketing activity remains relevant, effective and aligned with centre priorities. This approach allows the centre to respond to seasonal moments, retailer needs and community opportunities throughout the year.
As part of Summerhill’s Christmas program, we delivered a community-led activation bringing together local aged care residents and primary school students, alongside visits from Santa and his elf. Participants were paired to create handmade Christmas pieces together, fostering meaningful intergenerational connection within the centre.
The activation reinforced Summerhill’s role as a welcoming community hub during the Christmas period, generating strong in-centre engagement and positive sentiment from families, participants and shoppers.
